It is signed by Jackson and inscribed as Super Bowl LIII Game Used in nice blue sharpie. The coolest part is the Super Bowl LIII decal on the back.

The helmet was originally sent back to equipment for reconditioning before Jackson decided to take it home so I was able to figure out the current chinstrap was not the same one he wore that season and havent been able to confirm if the facemask was replaced but everything else was left as is as the helmet shell and all the decals are very easy to match to the season and Super Bowl based off scuffs, scratches, paint transfer marks and decal alignment. I have made multiple photo-match comparison examples which clearly show this. Jackson had 3 interceptions, 24 tackles, and 6 passes defended his rookie season in this helmet.

Just had 9 interceptions which was the second most in the NFL. He broke a Patriots franchise record with an interception in five games in a row.
